Terms of service

Draft. This text has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and will be finalised before launch.

Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between SustainSide and business customers. The service is not offered to consumers.

The service

SustainSide provides a software platform that collects your data through guided questionnaires, calculates indicators, drafts a sustainability report with AI assistance and has it reviewed by a SustainSide employee before delivery.

What the report is and is not

Reports are prepared with reference to the voluntary sustainability reporting standard for SMEs (Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/1560). A report is not an audit, not an assurance engagement, not legal advice and not an ESG rating. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for how you use the report.

Orders, payment and revisions

The report is generated only after payment. Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated at the time of purchase. One revision round is one set of change requests submitted together. Corrections of errors made by SustainSide do not count as a revision round.

Intellectual property

You own your data and the delivered report. SustainSide keeps all rights in the platform, including its rules, questionnaires, calculation methods, prompts and templates. Reverse engineering, scraping, automated access and copying of the platform or its outputs for building a competing service are prohibited.

Liability

[[TO FILL WITH LEGAL COUNSEL: limitation of liability, warranty, term and termination]]

Governing law

Finnish law applies. Place of jurisdiction: [[TO FILL: Helsinki District Court]].
